1.지원 대상:2023학년도1학기 재학생 및 연구등록생
※박사 과정생은 수료 후 최초 연구등록시 졸업 전까지 연구등록생으로 간주함
※졸업,휴학생 지원불가
2.접수 기간:2023.6.26(월) ~ 2023.7.5.(수)
3.접수 방법:각 학과 이메일로 스캔본 제출

4.제출 서류
1)연구성과지원금 신청서1부[필수]
※신청서는 국/영문 중1개만 작성
2)연구 실적 사본1부[필수]
※본교 소속 명시,권(호)확인 필수
3)본인 명의 통장 사본1부[필수]
※해외 은행 불가
4)제1저자 확인서[선택,본교 교수 외 제1저자인 경우만]
5.출판 기준:2023.1.1. ~ 2023.6.30.온/오프라인 출판 완료 논문(권/호 기준)
※2023년7월 이후 출판 논문은2023년12월에 신청(2023-2학기 재학,연구등록생)
※2023년7월~8월 출판 논문은2023년7월 말에 신청(8월 졸업예정자)
6.제한 사항
1)성적,연구조교, GRS, CAYSS, GPF,연구재단 등 장학수혜를 위한 의무논문 신청불가
2)학기당3편까지 신청 가능
3)동일 논문으로 다른 학생 중복신청 불가
4)제1저자만 신청 가능
※단,실적물에서 본교 교수를 제외했을 때 신청자 본인이 제1저자인 경우 가능(확인서 제출)
7.장학 금액
1)지급 금액: 50만원~150만원
※BK21참여대학원생은50만원~200만원
※실적물에 연구비 지원(funding)사사문구 포함시기준금액의50%만 지급
*4단계BK21사업 참여대학원생 대상(기준일2023.4.1.)
2)지급 일정: 8월 말
※심사-지급까지 오랜 시일이 소요됩니다.미지급시 신청당시 계좌 확인 후9월 문의바랍니다.
※학술지IF(%)는s2journal의 가장 최근 값 중 상위(%)를 기준으로 심사됩니다

Announcement of Application for Research Achievement Grant for 2023 1st semester
1. Qualification to apply:who enrolled in the first semester of the 2023 orresearch registration
※Ph.D. students are considered research registrants until graduation at the time of initial registration after completion
※Unable to apply for graduation or leave of absence
2.Application period:2023.6.26 (Mon) to 2023.7.5 (Wed)
3.How to Apply:Submit the scanned copy to each department e-mail

4. Documents to be submitted
1) Application Form[Mandatory]
※fill out only one application in Kor/Eng
2) Copy of paper[Mandatory]
※Paper must state that the applicant belongs to the CAU.
※Be sure to check the journal&squot;s vol/issue number.
3)Copy of your bankbook your own[Mandatory]
※overseas bank not available
4)Confirmation of First Author[Option,only applicant is the first author, excluding the professor from CAU]
5.Publication date:Paper published on/offline from 2023.1.1. to 2023.6.30. (based on vol/issue)
※paper published after Jul. 2023, apply in Dec. 2023 (enroll 2rd semester of the 2023 or research register)
※papers published from Jul. to Aug. 2023, apply at the end of Jul. 2023 (those scheduled to graduate in Aug.)
6.Restrictions
1)Mandatory papers for scholarships cannot be applied ex) RA,GRS, CAYSS, GPF..
2)You can apply three papers per semester
3)Duplicate application not possible with the same paper
4)Only the first author can apply
※you can applyIf the applicant is the first author when the professor(from CAU) is excluded from the paper(submit conformation form)
7.Scholarship amount
1)Amount to be paid:500,000 won to 1.5 million won
※Participating in BK21 are 500,000 won to 2 million won
※Only 50% of the standard amount will be paid if funding acknowledgement is included in the paper
